What is Pilates?
The Pilates method is one of the most successful physical and rehabilitative exercise programs since its conception by Joseph Pilates in the 1920's. Through a series of exercises the Pilates method helps to improve flexibility and strength with a series of controlled movements that engage your body and mind. It promotes physical balance, control and coordination to enhance and attain individual health and fitness goals.
